Our ability to grow our commercial tax base and to establish a substantial employment base is essential as Charles County moves into the next decade. For every residential unit developed there is a cost to our citizens for the services that will be required. Candice is dedicated to balancing residential development with consistent and reliable commercial development.
The County must capitalize on the military presence in Charles County and tourism opportunities to bring high paying jobs and a strong commercial tax base to Charles County.
